The eligibility for a refund, as well as the refundable amount, depends on factors such as the type of service booked, supplier policies, time of cancellation, and any applicable penalties or charges.
Please note that certain bookings may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or subject to cancellation fees as per supplier rules. Any service fees, management fees, or convenience charges charged by Destination Management are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
In cases where refunds are approved by the service provider, the refund amount will be processed through the original mode of payment. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the supplier, payment gateway, and banking institutions. While refunds are typically initiated within a reasonable timeframe after approval, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
